I interviewed musician, event organiser and founder of Radio Free Joshua Tree (www.rfjt.org), Ted Quinn last weekend. He spoke beautifully about his love of the desert and how it has changed him as well telling stories of music legends who have frequented Joshua Tree over the years. I reckon he’s a bit of a local legend himself as we hopped through two gigs and a exhibition opening that evening, every few minutes someone would call out his name in an affectionate greeting. Here are a couple of clips.
